Our Venue
Set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, Quob Park Estate offers the perfect blend of elegance and charm. We chose this venue for its incredible atmosphere and its world-class wine.
We know what you’re thinking: "Vara at a vineyard? How unexpected!"
Accommodation
We’ve made sure there’s a place for you to rest your head after the celebrations! While there are several hotels in the area, we have secured a block of rooms at a special guest rate at the New Place Hotel (Shirrell Heath).

New Place Hotel is just a short 10-minute drive from Quob Park Estate. We suggest driving to the Estate for the ceremony and using our shuttle service to return to the hotel area at the end of the night.
Important Note on Check-in: Standard check-in is typically in the afternoon. However, early check-in is available for an additional fee, subject to room availability on the day. If you’d like to arrive early to freshen up before the ceremony, we recommend requesting this directly with the hotel when you book.
Travel
Quob Park Estate is tucked away in the Hampshire countryside and, unfortunately, is not served by public transport. To ensure everyone arrives smoothly, please take note of the travel options below:
We highly recommend driving directly to the Estate (PO17 5PG). There is plenty of parking available on-site at the vineyard and you can leave your car until 11am on the Sunday.
Driving to the venue:
- Carpool: If you have extra seats in your car, please consider bringing a fellow guest along with you!
- Drive to the Estate: We suggest driving to the Estate for your arrival. While the shuttle can bring you from the New Place Hotel to the venue, space is limited, so driving/carpooling is the easiest way to ensure you arrive on time.
- The shuttle home: You can then hop on the shuttle to get back to the hotel area at the end of the night.
- Retrieve your car: You are more than welcome to leave your car at the Estate overnight and pick it up the following morning.
The shuttle service
- Space is limited: The shuttle is quite small, so please prioritise carpooling to the venue if you can.
- Fixed route: Please note that the shuttle only serves the New Place Hotel and will not be stopping at other locations.
If you are not driving
The best option is to take a train to Southampton Airport Parkway. From there, it is a 20-minute Uber or taxi ride to the Estate or your hotel.
On the day
Dress Code
We would love to see our guests looking their best! The dress code is Wedding Smart.
Note for the ladies: Our bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy, so we kindly ask that you avoid this colour so they can stand out.
